Privacy Policy

22Dynasty is a fantasy football game where you draft real NFL players across seasons and simulate careers. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the 22Dynasty mobile app and website.

• Account information. Your email address and the handle and display name you choose when you create an account.
• Gameplay information. Your drafts, simulated seasons, results, scores, badges, levels, and head-to-head game history.
• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, your first name, last name, email address, and message.
• Device and usage data. Basic device information and app usage needed to keep the service running, to keep you signed in, and to support advertising.

We do not collect sensitive data such as your precise location, contacts, or health data.

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To run the game: store your teams, seasons, scores, and records.
• To show leaderboards, friends, and head-to-head features you choose to use.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To keep the service safe, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

22Dynasty is supported by ads. We use Google AdMob to show ads inside the game. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to deliver and measure ads. Depending on your device and region, ads may be personalized. You can control personalized ads in your device settings:

• iPhone and iPad: Settings → Privacy → Tracking, and Settings → Apple Advertising.
• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID.

Ads are never shown while you are playing against real people. Some rewards, such as extra draft rolls, come from choosing to watch an ad — you are never required to watch one.

Optional purchases, including ad-free subscriptions, are processed by our subscription partner RevenueCat and the app stores. RevenueCat receives your purchase information to verify entitlements. We do not see or store your full payment details.

• Other players. Your handle, display name, and gameplay results (such as scores and standings) are visible to other players when you play head-to-head, join a league, or appear on a leaderboard.
• Service providers. Companies that host the app, send email, process payments, and serve ads, only as needed to run the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your account and gameplay data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Deleting your account removes your profile, gameplay history, and leaderboard entries from the service.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. You can exercise the account-related rights yourself by deleting your account in the app, or by contacting us and we will help you.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). The game is not directed at children. If you believe a child created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own; where required, we use recognized safeguards for those transfers.

We may update this policy as the game evolves. If we make a significant change, we will let you know in the app or on this page before it takes effect.
